The Chinese company itself thought of answering these questions, which revealed the construction process of its device, analyzing all the aspects inherent in the production of a device of this type. Let's start by motherboard and its assembly. OPPO explained how this phase is absolutely fundamental, and that it happens thanks to the use of robotic printers able to produce something like 10 million cards per month. Obviously, for similar operations it takes millimeter precision, which on a human level is impossible to achieve. Think that the smallest component measures only 0,4mm by 0,2mm. The chip fitter can place more than 400 components per hour.

In such situations, even the slightest mistake can be fatal. OPPO therefore uses an innovative camera, the Auto Optican Inspector, which allows the identification of even the most imperceptible errors, which physiologically can follow one another during the process. An attention to all details that is even more decisive with reference to the top of the range and their high premium level features.

For example, let's think about the photographic sector of OPPO Find X5 Pro, equipped with elements such as theNPU proprietary MariSilicon X and five-axis stabilization system of the wide-angle camera. One of the most interesting aspects, in addition to the construction phase, is precisely that of the tests to which smartphones are subjected. Obviously it is no less a top of the range like OPPO Find X5 Pro, which has been subjected to the tests of the QE Reliability Lab of the Chinese house. The tests are extreme: more than 150, which must establish that the body of the device can withstand all the daily stresses over time.

In particular, different types of falls are simulated. The smartphone, for example, is dropped 28 thousand times from 10 centimeters in height. Such a test simulates the type of daily falls that could also be unthinkable, but which can weaken the structure of the device. And again, the device is inserted inside a 1 meter long torante chamber and able to rotate 3,5 times per minute, and then it is dropped 300 times from a height of one meter onto a hard surface and from others. variable heights, up to one and a half meters.

And that's not all, because OPPO Find X5 Pro came out unscathed even in even more extreme tests: it was held for a week at 75 degrees centigrade and -40 degrees to ascertain its resistance to corrosion and other possible damage. And it was also immersed in water at a depth of one and a half meters for 30 minutes, after which it was disassembled to check for the possible presence of liquids inside.
