Android 12 has reached its third beta and brings with it a lot of news. We got to see some of the improvements made over Android 11 and the beta 2 (the previous one). Today we want to focus on the Game Mode. Specifically, the team of Android Police has discovered that there will be some features that at the moment can only be activated by "tweaking" a little. Let's go and see what the new features.

The Game Mode we're going to see was already present on beta 2 previously launched, but with the beta 3 it made quite a saint forward. There are in fact small ones tweaks, if we can call them that, which will automatically start when we open a game. In the images below we can see how there is now room for an option in the main menu Game optimization. Other specific commands are instead moved to the floating (or floating) window.
One of the novelties that we notice in this previews of Android 12, which is not present in the previous ones, is the count of frames per second. This statistic is quite useful for more hardcore gamers to check if the quality of the game session drops during the same. Below we see an example: on the right you can see the toggle with all the data.
At the moment all the clues suggest that these features will be exclusive to the Pixels, that is Google's smartphones. It is not certain that other companies' devices will also be able to count on these features, but nothing is lost. If this is not possible, there are developers who create Custom ROMs ad hoc for different purposes. Definitely one Pixel Experience will be able to bring us the functionalities in question.
