New OPPO TWS headphones with shorter stem patented in China

After releasing its first true wireless earbuds, the OPPO Enco Free, in December last year, the company continued to produce several wireless headphones in an attempt to acquire an ever greater market share in the wearable sector. Well, apparently a new pair of earphones might arrive soon.

Wireless earphones with the OPPO brand have in fact just been caught on the official patent certification site in China, also known as CNIPA. The certificate on the site totally reveals the final design, confirming that the next OPPO TWS earphones will be very different from those that the company has launched so far.

The new earbuds seem to have a design inspired by the true wireless RHA TrueConnect headphones. Specifically, we are talking about an in-ear design with a shorter stem than usual, while in the back the earphones seem to have a slight curvature. There is also a circular golden ring and a small hole, most likely used for noise cancellation.

The specifications of the earphones remain vague at the moment, but there are likely to be touch controls. The microphones seem to be placed on the edges, while the stems have two pogo pins for charging. Finally, the patent only discloses the headsets in black color, but the company could also launch them in other color options.

In any case, this is all the information we have at the moment. A second pair of OPPO-branded TWS in-ear headphones was recently notified, but the images showed a longer stem.

Finally, remember that the latest Oppo Enco Free and Enco W31 have been officially available in Italy since the end of May at the prices of 169 euros for the OPPO ENCO FREE headphones and 99 euros for the OPPO ENCO W31. No trace of availability in Europe for the Oppo Enco W51 launched in China in early June.
