Clearly it will be a drone with many limitations, so let's not expect flagship performance nor specific to scream. In any case, his name will be DJI Avatar.

DJI Avata will be the name, perhaps in code, of the new compact drone of the Chinese company. It will be a compact and indoor drone with limitations

According to information disclosed by the insider DJI is preparing to release one compact version of his model FPV. The source revealed that the new drone will be called DJI Avata and will be equipped with a 1 / 1.3 ″ CMOS sensor, suitable for shooting in low light conditions. According to the insider, the image quality should be on par with that of the DJI Mini 3 Pro. Furthermore, the battery life will be significantly increased compared to DJI FPV. According to unverified information, the device will support glasses with the ability to connect to a smartphone for more convenient control, as well as a “follow the person” mode.

Clearly the drone will also have flaws, if we can say so: DJI Avata will not have a manual control mode, typical of many FPV drones. Probably, the model will be aimed at inexperienced users who do not yet have high skills in handling drones. More information on the upcoming new product will be known after the official announcement, which is rumored to happen at July o August of this year.
