The DJI drone range has been enriched with the new DJI Mini 3 Pro model. It differs from its predecessor in a more advanced camera, a system of prevention of the collisions improved, longer battery life and a significantly changed design.
DJI Mini 3 Pro weighs only 249 grams and once folded it fits into your jacket pocket. The novelty was equipped with a 1 / 1.3-inch sensor camera from 48 megapixel (EGF 24mm, f / 1.7), capable of taking photos with a resolution of 48 and 12 megapixels. In addition, it records videos in 1080p at 120 fps, 4K at 60 fps or 4K HDR at 30fps.
The drone mode D-Cinelike, which offers more opportunities for post-processing of video materials. The camera's three-axis gimbal also rotates vertically, allowing you to take portrait photos and videos. Unlike the Mini 2, whose sensors were only directed downwards, the the DJI Mini 3 Pro's sensors “look” back and forth. This makes the drone better at avoiding collisions and supports a range of autonomous flight modes, including Spotlight 2.0, Point of Interest 3.0, Active Track 4.0 and Mastershots.
The DJI Mini 3 Pro is available in two versions:
- the standard version with Intelligent Flight Battery and 34 minutes of autonomy
- the Fly More Combo version with higher battery capacity and up to 47 minutes of flight. In the latter case, the weight of the drone rises to 499 grams
The drone equips a RC-N1 remote control, whose viewfinder is the smartphone screen. The company also offers an RC controller as an option, equipped with its own display by 5.5 ". The drone can already be ordered on the brand's official website and deliveries will begin on May 17th. The remote control model can be purchased for € 749. The version equipped with a DJI RC remote control instead costs € 839. The Fly More Kit Plus, which includes two high-capacity batteries, a special charger, two sets of propellers and a shoulder bag, is priced at € 1.009.
