Google Pixel 6 Pro for DxOMark is among the best in photographic terms but not the best ever. Beats with iPhone 13 Pro!
The Google Pixel 6 Pro, even before its own official launch, had already been rated as one of the best performing camera smartphones on the market. Technology has implemented significant advances in computational photography over the generations of the Pixel family, and has finally reached its peak with the debut of the new line.
Recall that the model evaluated by DxOMark has a triple set of cameras formed by a main sensor from 50 megapixel with optical stabilization, Dual PDAF and lens aperture f / 1.85; wide-angle lens with 12.5 megapixel; telephoto lens with 4x zoom and 48 megapixel sensor. On the front, however, there is a sensor from 11 megapixel with f / 2.2 opening.
The Pixel 6 Pro highlighted his excellent capture of details in photos and videos with favorable light conditions. There color rendering is one of the most interesting features, as is the autofocus speed, even in night scenes. Noise is well controlled in selfies, and optical stabilization is beneficial.
Google Pixel 6 Pro proved excellent in capturing a 'wide dynamic range in the photographs. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is less powerful in this respect. On the other hand, however, the goal Pixel 6 Pro's wide angle is noisy even in daylight and does not have an advantageous field of view like the iPhone 13 Pro Max and Huawei P50 Pro, but it maintains a white balance with more faithful tones.
As regards the video lesson, both inside and outside the white balance and color rendering are accurate on the Pixel 6 Pro. The device took the lead when it evaluated the video stabilization, leaving little residual movement visible.
Google Pixel 6 Pro got a overall score of 135, a respectable number for the top of the range that outperformed competitors such as ASUS Snapdragon Insiders (133) and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra (133), but did not surpass theiPhone 13 Pro (137) and Huawei Mate 40 Pro.
