But what will the two smartphones equip? Important information has emerged about the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro devices: specifications and design are no longer a secret now
On the eve of Google's unveiling, insiders released full specifications of the Google Pixel 7 and 7 Pro smartphones. At the same time, the details of the sales box of devices: Judging by the information, buyers of new products will not have the most pleasant surprise in the spirit of Apple and other famous brands.
The Pixel 7 Pro will reportedly equip a AMOLED display from 6.7 " with QHD + resolution and a variable refresh rate up to 120 Hz. The device will also have three cameras: the main one from 50 megapixel, 48 megapixel with telephoto lens (5x optical zoom and no longer 4x as before) e 12 megapixel wide angle. The resolution of the front camera will be 10.8 megapixel.
The engine of the smartphone will be the processor Google Tensor G2, equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal memory, depending on the configuration. There remains the fingerprint scanner, a security chip Titan M2, the much-needed wireless charging function and the equally requested protection IP68 from dust and water.
Google Pixel 7 is almost identical to the previous version, but it differs from it in screen characteristics: 6.3 "display, Full HD + resolution and fixed refresh rate of 90 Hz. In addition, the smartphone will lose a telephoto lens and will have a less RAM (maximum 8 GB). If the information is reliable (and it is) then the charger must be purchased separately: Google will pack only a two-way USB Type-C cable, a SIM eject key, instructions, and a USB Type-A adapter.
As for the price, the Pixel 7 Pro is rumored to cost $ 899, while the basic version will cost $ 599.
