In 2019 Honor launched the entry-level Honor 8A Pro, only to change its name to Honor 8A Prime about a month ago. Well, as if that were not enough, the brand seems to have decided to release it once again, but this time under the name of Honor 8A 2020. The smartphone is now available for pre-order in the UK at a price of 130 pounds.
Honor 8A 2020 arrives in the UK, but is it really something new?
As for the specifications, the Honor 8A 2020 is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 processor (MT6765); accompanied by 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory (expandable via micro SD card).
The smartphone comes with a 6,09-inch diagonal display, with FHD + 720 x 1520 resolution, IPS technology and an aspect ratio of 19: 9.
From the photographic point of view, we only have a rear camera with a resolution of 13 MP, a focal aperture of f / 1.8 and PDAF autofocus system. In front we find instead an 8MP camera with focal aperture of f / 2.0 for selfies.
Honor's smartphone is then powered by a Li-Polymer battery with a capacity of 3020 mAh, while the overall dimensions are 73,4 mm x 155,19 mm x 7,95 mm for a weight of 150 grams.
Finally, the Honor 8A 2020 runs with EMUI 9.0 on board based on Android 9.0 Pie as an operating system.
