It is no secret that the folding of Honor will be called Honor Magic X.. We know this from numerous reports from China. The market for foldable devices will undoubtedly grow during this 2021 and the “newborn” brand also wants to be heard. After split with Huawei there is no reason why one or the other should keep the best cartridges: we might as well shoot them to win the war to whoever has the best device. And indeed as reported by known Chinese sources, the brand would have in mind well two smartphones we still don't know about.
Honor Magic X could be accompanied by Honor Eva and Mega: two names that at the moment do not tell us anything but that we should remember
Honor Magic X. will undoubtedly be the foldable device of the brand, but the other two? The names that have leaked from the Chinese certifications unfortunately do not tell us anything. But let's go in order. The Magic X will stand as a direct competitor with the Huawei Mate X from which it also inherits the name. We know Honor's foldable device will debut around May of this year but there are also likely to be delays. Unfortunately the situation of microprocessors is not rosy and if a company decides to block the supply for devices poco sought, perhaps, would be even better.

But having said that, what are they Eva e Mega? The speculations speak of two other folding devices but we are led to think that they will not be marketed. Rather, it could be devices intended only for an elite audience such as reviewers or collectors. A bit like happened with Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha: a smartphone so expensive that it is not produced in more than a certain number of copies.
In any case, on January 13, the Chinese company asked for the trademark for all three names: Magic X, Eva and Mega. Only time will tell us what it is, but one thing is certain: whatever it is it will certainly not be a product that we will see immediately in Europe.
