Among the most active brands al MWC Barcelona is also there Honor, which unveiled a new range of flagship smartphones. It is about Honor Magic4 e Honor Magic4 Pro, devices that add important elements compared to the previous generation phones. In addition, the Chinese brand also presented Honor Watch GS 3 e Honor Earbuds 3 Pro. Let's find out everything in detail.
Honor Magic4 and 4 Pro: all the features of the new smartphones
The new series of Honor can rely above all on high-level performance. The two smartphones in fact mount the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 5G Mobile Platform with Cortex-X2 CPU, accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.
At the level of technical characteristics, Honor Magic4 Pro has a 6,81 ″ Quad-Curved LTPO display and ultra-thin edges. In general, the design is the symmetrical “Eye of Muse” one. Also present the HDR 10+ video, so each frame is more vivid, thanks to the higher dynamic range and a better color display.
The refresh rate goes from 1Hz to 120Hz and the presence of the Honor MotionSync technology. There is also the IP68 certification: the series is able to withstand dust, rain and water, and can withstand immersion up to 1,5 m depth for 30 minutes.
We come to the photographic sector. Honor Magic4 Pro has a combination of three cameras: one 50 MP wide angle with 1 / 1.56 ″ sensor, a 122 MP Ultra-Wide 50 ° and a 64 MP Periscope Telephoto. The latter also owns one 3.5x optical zoom and a 100x digital zoom.
Autonomy side, it has a 4600 mAh with 100W fast charging support. Translated: the device can be recharged by 50% in just 15 minutes. At the operating system level, the series is equipped with the latest Honor Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12.
Also present is the new Privacy Calling function, enabled by artificial intelligence and Directional Sound technology, capable of dispersing audio for more private calls.
Price chapter: the basic model will have a price starting from 899 €, with 8GB and 256GB configuration, while the Pro one starts from 1099 € with same configuration.
Honor Watch GS 3 and Honor Earbuds 3 Pro: here is the new smartwatch and earphones
Not just smartphones. As we said, the company also presented the new Honor Watch GS 3, a smartwatch inspired by traditional mechanical watches. It has an elegant and refined design, and is characterized by high quality materials, such as the16L stainless steel.
On the shields the heart rate monitoring present in this smartwatch. Support 100+ training modes, precisely track your route when running, biking or hiking outdoors. It will be available in three colors (Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Classic Gold) at a price starting at 229 euros. There is no launch date yet, but it is plausible that they can be placed on the market as early as this spring.
We come instead to the Honor Earbuds 3 Pro, true wireless stereo earphones with configuration a double driver. There are an 11mm diameter dynamic driver and a high resolution ceramic piezoelectric tweeter. The sonic details and bass are rich and enveloping, but also very delicate. Also worth mentioning is the temperature measurement feature, with which it is possible to monitor health in even more detail.
Finally, they offer the adaptive ANC technology, which allows users to improve listening in gaming and conference calls. The cost of these earphones starts at 199 euros.
