Reducing animations is a practice that is very often also used on smartphones. In this case, by going to the Settings, you can set one animation scale (0.5X, 1X, 1.5X) which allow, depending on the level, to save battery and make the smartphone more responsive. The same goes for smartwatches too, with the only difference that we have to go to the Settings of the wearable. Here's how to do it:
- we access the Settings of our smartwatch with Wear OS and scroll down to "System"
- let's go upstairs "Information"
- we find "Build number”And press several times until the developer options are activated
- now we enter the new development menu (it appears in the main settings screen) and we look for the three settings of the scales: "Scale animation window","Transition-animation scale"and "Animation duration scale"
- at this point we will have to enter the menu of each scale and set it to "Animation off"
