Both iQOO 5 series smartphones feature 6,56-inch curved AMOLED displays with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a top left hole for the 16MP front camera. However, we have the curvature on the Pro model more pronounced than in the base model.

On the back of the two smartphones we find one of the most performing image sensors, the 1 MP Samsung GN50 with OIS, or the same that we find on the Vivo X50 Pro; accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 13MP telephoto lens.

The 5 Pro retains the main and ultrawide camera, but also carries an 8MP periscope module capable of 5X optical zoom and hybrid zoom of up to 60x.

To power the whole we think a Snapdragon 865 combined with 8/12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128/256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory. There's also a VC heatsink which iQOO says can cool the CPU temperature by 12 degrees Celsius.

The iQOO 5 Pro also comes with a 4.000mAh battery and supports 120W flash charging, for a full charge from 0 to 100% in just 15 minutes, while a 5-minute charge will bring the battery to 50%.

IQOO 5 PRO

While the base iQOO 5 comes with a larger 4.500mAh battery and is content with the less impressive 55W flash charging which takes 50 minutes to fully charge.

The iQOO 5 will be available with blue and gray paint starting at 3998 Yuan (485 €) for the 8/128 GB version. The iQOO 5 Pro will be available in Track Version and Legendary Edition color combinations at the starting price of 4998 Yuan (610 €).
