iQOO Neo 3: here are the details on the display

Among the top of the range that unfortunately still have not seen glory in our market we find the iQOO 3, a smartphone that takes off the title of gaming phone imposed by previous generations to present itself as a real flagship. At its debut, however, there was so much rumor about the existence of a second model, the iQOO Neo 3 that apparently, its launch was only postponed.

In fact, according to what is reported by the same company, we will once again have in our hands a device moved by the Snapdragon 865 SoC, but the first differences between the two models could revert the display, which will enjoy an increased refresh rate.

In fact iQOO 3 has come to us with a panel whose refresh rate turns out to be a classic 60 Hz, on which the fans of the brand have had to complain, not so much for the quality of the display itself but for the discordance respected the other hardware specifications, from ultra top of the range, such as UFS 3.1 memories (the first smartphone to have adopted them). For the Neo model the presentation date is still uncertain but it could probably be April, the month set for the debut.

Returning to the display of the new iQOO Neo 3, this will have Full HD + resolution with 6,6-inch diagonal and 120 Hz refresh rate, adapting to the top of the range appellation. But all that glitters is not gold, in fact if the standard model has an AMOLED solution the new iQOO Neo 3 will rely on LCD technology.

So a larger display with a higher refresh rate, but poorer technology which in my opinion is not vital and which could contribute to containing the price. And what do you think of it?
