The new Lenovo cloud storage NAS provides up to 80 TB

Between videos and photos increasingly designed for the excellent resolution offered by the optics of smartphones, documents, music and much more, we no longer really know where to keep them and now that even the Google Photo service has stopped offering the services that have decreed the success we should perhaps begin to resort to a home made solution.

One of the companies that has always been attentive to the IT needs of its users is Lenovo, which just a few hours ago launched a line of NAS Cloud storage on the market, whose top model goes up to a capacity of 80 TB. A capacity that a lifetime would not be enough for a common user to fill it and therefore is aimed more at professionals and / or companies, but the particularity of this new series of products is precisely that of addressing everyone.

In fact, Lenovo's Cloud NAS in addition to being beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, offer basic solutions that start from a capacity of 4 TB, for the A1 model.

Elegant colors and fine finishes characterize these NAS Clouds such as the X1 model which looks more like a design object than a computer type, thanks to champagne-colored inserts, while offering 5 bays to integrate disks up to 80 TB, therefore with capacity for single 16 TB disk. JBOD, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10 and others formats supported.

Lenovo also offers many features in the kit, such as live backup, i.e. no collected data is lost if an inserted disk fails and is automatically replaced. There is also an acceleration system that improves performance through the SSD cache and of course wireless sharing between multiple operating systems, such as Windowd, MacOS, Android, iOS and even Android TV.

It starts from a price, already at the current exchange rate, of 180 euros for the A1 model with 3 TB cut to go up to 205 euros for the 4 TB version, while with the medium range model T1 the price goes to 218 euros to end with a price list of about 321 euros, for the NAS Cloud X1 up to 80 TB.
