In support of this thesis, the smartphone would have just been caught on the database of AnTuTu, the famous Chinese benchmarking platform there.

The model number of the tested device is L79031 and together some interesting information has now been revealed such as the resolution of the display which will be 2340 x 1080px. It is also revealed that 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage will be available.

Furthermore, it seems that the Lenovo Legion Gaming Phone adopts an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865. The high performance cluster here clocks at 3.09 GHz (normally clocked at 2,84 GHz. As we already know, this CPU is the Snapdragon 865 Plus just presented by Qualcomm.

In any case, the smartphone scored 648.871 points overall. According to AnTuTu, the CPU performance of the next Lenovo device is almost the same as the Snapdragon 865, with a 13% improvement in GPU performance, which would make sense for a gaming-focused smartphone. With such a high UX score, it is speculated that the display may have a 144Hz refresh rate.

Furthermore, again based on the scores, it is believed that the new smartphone uses the new LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal memory. Again quite reasonable choices for a high-end device.

Finally, although not shown in the benchmark, the Lenovo Legion Gaming Phone is expected to support 90W fast charging and adopt two USB Type-C ports.
