Chinese tech giant Lenovo has just unveiled the new second generation Tab M10 HD. This is the first tablet to use Google's Kids Space feature.
Lenovo Tab M10 HD second generation arrives with Kids Space by Google
The Play and Read tabs in Kids Space contain teacher-approved games and books for free. The Watch and Create tabs show YouTube Kids videos, which encourage off-screen activities. Parents can also install the Family Link app on their smartphones to set screen time limits and content filters.
Specs-wise, the Lenovo Tab M10 HD features a 10,1 ″ IPS LCD with 720p resolution and two Dolby Atmos-enabled speakers. There is a 5MP camera on the front (with face unlock) and an 8MP camera on the back
The tablet is powered by a MediaTek P22T as a processor, supported by 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage space (plus a microSD slot). There is also a 4 / 64GB configuration.
Finally, the tablet arrives with a chassis made from aluminum and houses a 5.000mAh battery with charging that is done through a USB Type-C port.
The second generation Lenovo Tab M10 HD will be priced at 160 euros and will be available towards the end of September.
