Chinese technology giant Lenovo has just launched the new Xiaoxin Air 14 Plus 2021, available with dual Intel and AMD platforms.

The Intel version is equipped with a new high-frequency i5-1155G7 processor with a frequency of up to 4,5GHz, is equipped with a dedicated NVIDIA MX450 2GB GDDR6 video card, the processor has a TDP of about 30W, while the graphics card goes up to 25W. The price of the laptop is 5499 yuan, about 730 euros at the exchange rate.
The Ryzen version is equipped with an AMD 5000 Ryzen processor, with 6 cores and 12 threads R5-5600U (4399 yuan - 585 €), 8 cores with 16 threads R7-5800U 16G (4799 yuan - 640 €) and a maximum TDP of about 30 W.
The screen of the Xiaoxin Air 14 Plus 2021 has been updated to the resolution of 2,2K, or 2240 × 1400, brightness up to 300nit. The matte screen with thin bezels is beautiful to look at and reduces reflections. The aspect ratio of the screen is 16:10 for more efficient office work. At the same time, it has 100% sRGB high color gamut, flicker-free DC attenuation and low blue light at TUV Rheinland-certified hardware level.
Both laptops come standard with 4GB dual-channel DDR16 memory, 512GB high-speed NVMe SSD, supports PCle 4.0 direct connect, pre-installed Win11 system, built-in IR + TOF sensor, supports Windows Hello face unlock and automatic lock screen when walking.
There is also a highly efficient “Hurricane” heat dissipation system, the air volume has increased by about 10% compared to the previous generation, and the heat dissipation capacity of the device is about 33W.
