The leakster who broke the news also revealed that the overall power consumption of the chip is much lower than that of the Snapdragon 898 and will bring an advantage of 20% to 25%, and at the same time, the performance will be extremely high. The big improvement will make it one of the best choices for next year's flagship models.
It is also reported that Dimensity 2000 is expected to be equipped with Cortex X2, A79 and other architectures. The GPU will also feature G79 architecture. Together with the new 4nm TSMC process, it will offer higher results in terms of performance and battery life.
Furthermore, the CPU part of the chip is said to be on par with Qualcomm's next-generation chip, the Snapdragon 898, or even better performing.
