The brand's first smartwatch is coming, that is Meizu watch. To be honest, however, the fact that the company is not well known already in 2016 he had launched a watch with some very interesting capabilities. At that time, OEMs were only thinking about this type of product but the Chinese giant had already taken its first steps with Meizu Mix. It was an analog watch but with smart features, such as smartphone detection via application. But now the company is preparing to launch one smartwatch and "shows" it in preview.
Meizu Watch does not show itself completely, but the stories of Instagram of meizulab tell us that the end of the works is upon us
As shown by the company itself through the official Instagram channel (thanks to the dear @kArViX for reporting), Meizu Watch would be upon us. During the promotional video sketches published on the Instagram account, the smartwatch of the Chinese company was put on an employee's desk. Unfortunately, however, no distinctive feature is shown other than the strap. Below is the screenshot from the stories.
On the desk of the employee of the company, probably developer or marketing person, we see in the notebook a watch promptly covered with glasses cloth. Well, that is Meizu watch. The Chinese giant wanted to anticipate its release in this way, thus also suggesting that the launch would be around the corner. A very "Xiaomist" mode if you like, but rather unprecedented for this company.
What do we know about the brand's smart watch?
For the moment there are few details in our possession. There has been talk, through Chinese certifications, of one battery from 420 mAh which should lead to quite limited autonomy. The operating system will be based onFlyme for Watch proprietary interface: it is a skin very similar in features to the FlymeOS of smartphones but completely redesigned to fit on users' wrists.
When is the launch? Undoubtedly 2021 will be the decisive year.
