Meizu Watch will have HarmonyOS

Rumors continue to chase each other about Meizu watch, which however in these hours are becoming official news. After confirming the presence of the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100, now the Chinese house has announced a real surprise: the new Meizu Watch will have HarmonyOS as an operating system.

A news that obviously sparked even more enthusiasm for the launch of the watch of the Zhuhai brand. So let's find out more details, both on HarmonyOS and on the Meizu Watch release itself.

Meizu Watch debuts in a few days

In summary, Meizu shared a new teaser on Weibo that reads “Hello, HongMeng”. Perhaps not everyone is familiar with the Chinese abbreviations, but HongMeng OS is the Chinese name of HarmonyOS, the software of the technology giant owned by Huawei.

It is deduced that Meizu is officially collaborating with Huawei to implement the new operating system inside the smartwatch, which - let's remember - will debut next 31st May with a press conference in which Meizu will carry out the global launch of the wearable.

The presence of the HarmonyOS operating system is a bombshell, since Meizu Watch will be part of the company's smart life devices, and connecting them with HarmonyOS will improve connectivity and the entire user experience.
