Nothing Launcher is the new system launcher that will be integrated into the first smartphone of the homonymous company. We don't know exactly when this will debut in the market, but it will undoubtedly make headlines considering the hype around the founder Carl Pei, formerly OnePlus. Meanwhile, while we await its launch, we can try the launcher as a preview as it is available on the Play Store.
Nothing Launcher is finally out in beta and is available for download for all Android smartphones. Here's how to get it
Nothing, the company of OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, has released an update for the branded launcher. Previously it was available for installation on a limited number of devices, but now almost anyone can transform the interface of their Android smartphone.
With the update, the developers have made several changes. In particular, the wallpaper change process has been simplified. Also, the first time users log in, they come greeted with a new settings page. But the main thing is that now the launcher can be installed on a smartphone of any brand with Android 11 or a newer version of the operating system.
Nothing Launcher developers are betting on Minimalism, offering your own unique take on the user interface with an array of branded widgets, wallpapers and ringtones. However, judging by the reviews on Google Play, many of those who have tried the skin complain about the lack of customization options.
It is worth noting that Nothing Launcher has become something of a teaser for the first smartphone of Nothing Phone (1) which is preparing for its presentation this summer.
