OnePlus 9 was discovered by the OxygenOS code with the SoC we wanted

Not long ago there was talk of the first time OnePlus 9, heir to the current flagship of the Chinese company. The specifications unfortunately still remain a mystery: in fact, the first things we know (and the only ones) are exclusively the codenamed and the possible processor integrated under the body. However, while in the first case we have been certain for some time, in the second we have not. The news that comes from the team XDA instead, it confirms that the processor is also known. It will undoubtedly be the SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 875. Earlier last month, the senior member of XDA Some_Random_Username ha identified what is probably the base codename for the new series: lemonade. But which ones will come to us?

Although in all the versions found are five, those destined for our market will be two: a standard and a Pro version. Unlike thelatest arrival at OnePlus, we do not know if the next series will count on a T version: it all depends on the volume of purchases of the current median brother of the 8 series. In any case, what we know about the next flagship is:

code name: lemonade for the standard version e lemonadep for the Pro version;
processor: based on what emerged from the OxygenOS code we know that the SoC will be kona, or SM8350 or Snapdragon 875.

This processor is in the pipeline. In fact, next month the US company Qualcomm has called a summit to present the latest products in the microprocessor field. However it will not be 2020 to see the release of the first smartphones with integrated SD 875. As stated by the company itself, only at the beginning of 2021 we will begin to see the first devices equipped with this SoC.

As for the specifications of the next flagship OnePlus 9 it goes without saying that it will be equipped with a refresh rate at 120Hz (the current standard one stops at 90Hz) and a recharge Warp Charge at 65W. The rear photographic module is still in doubt.
