In addition to officially launching the OnePlus Ace, the Chinese brand has also launched three new accessories. That is the rear 18W freezing point cooling clip and two pairs of headphones.
OnePlus Buds N, Cloud Ear Z2 and cooling clip launched in China
Let's start with the cooling clip that adopts the aerospace-grade TEC dual overclocking cooling solution and a custom “tornado” radiator. There are also dual independent control chips and the maximum cooling capacity is 18W.
If used with OnePlus Ace the high-end mode of the rear clip is activated and if for example you play "Genshin Impact" for an hour, the frame rate is stable with an average of 59,1 FPS and the maximum temperature of the device is only 36,4 ℃.
OnePlus claims this could be the industry's first high-performance cooling clip. The price is 199 yuan (28 euros) and will go on sale at 10:00 am on April 26th.
In addition to the cooling clip, OnePlus also brought two audio products today. The first is the OnePlus Cloud Ear Z2 wired headphones, headphones with silicone that is not skin sensitive, IP55 resistant to dust and water repellent.
The headphones have an ultra-perceptive 12,4m dynamic bass unit, lossless high-fidelity sound quality, AI call noise reduction, and OnePlus magnetic pop-up window connection.
The nominal battery life is 30 hours and you get to 20 hours of listening to music after 10 minutes of charging.
The OnePlus Cloud Ear Z2 will be sold in China for 199 yuan (28 euros).
The other headphones are wireless and are called OnePlus Buds N. These earbuds are also IP55 and support touch control.
Then we find a 12,4 mm integrated low-frequency dynamic unit, supports Dolby Atmos, custom equalizer and AI call noise reduction with dual mic.
The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 with ultra-low latency of just 94ms. Here, too, the battery life is 30 hours and you can listen to music for 5 hours after 10 minutes of charging.
Finally, the price is 199 yuan (28 euros) also for the OnePlus Buds N.
