Although the long-awaited OnePlus event in which we will see the launch of the OnePlus Nord is scheduled for tomorrow, the famous XDA leakster Max Weinbach could not help but preview the accessory that we will see together with the smartphone of mid-range.
OnePlus Buds: Official renders found within an update
These are the OnePlus Buds, which would have been caught in an APK file within the latest OnePlus 8 software update. Thanks to this OnePlus "error", we can now take a look at the upcoming TWS headphones of the Chinese brand.
As we can see, the OnePlus Buds will be available in three colors: white, black and blue. Each version is then coupled with different colored accents around the side touch buttons, in fact we have a gray ring on the white ones, red on the black ones and yellow on the blue ones. The same accents are then present inside the cases of each pair of earphones
The earbuds feature an in-ear design that rests on the tip of the ear, similar to Apple's AirPods. Also, according to the leakster, the OnePlus Buds will automatically pause audio when removed from the ears.
From previous rumors however, we also know that the Buds will come with an on-call noise cancellation technology (not active noise cancellation) and a combined battery life of 30 hours with the case.
The case will weigh 36 grams while each earphone will weigh about 4,6 grams. Finally, the OnePlus Buds will also support 7,5W fast cable charging.
