In terms of performance, the OnePlus Buds Z2 have 11mm dynamic drivers and present optimizations for low frequencies. There is also support for the AAC codec, the Dolby Atmos standard and the OnePlus Fast pair function. Also worth mentioning are the 3 DNN microphones and the system that reduces wind noise.

Autonomy chapter: the battery from 40 mAh guarantees seven hours of use with ANC off, which is reduced to five hours when active. The overall autonomy is 38 hours, which drop to 27 when the noise cancellation is activated. This is thanks to the 520 mAh battery in the charging case.
