According to how much from 91Mobiles and whistleblower Steve Hemmerstoffer, earphones OnePlus Buds Z2 build heavily on those of the previous generation. Just like the original Buds Z, Buds Z2 could feature a simple design with a pill-shaped case.
Le OnePlus Buds Z2 will still use the stem (or cigarette), but the ends of the earphones will be slightly different. The sharper angled design should allow for one easier and safer fit. Multiple sensors are apparently present inside each earbud, but it's unclear what additional features they bring. However, automatic ear detection will likely not be missing.
The case, meanwhile, appears to be almost entirely borrowed from the Buds Z. It is equipped with a power indicator in the front and a door of USB-C charging in the back.
According to the source, OnePlus headphones could debut in October along with another device, that is OnePlus 9RT.
