Well today comes the confirmation of its existence by the official Bluetooth certification body. A device with the model name CPH2083 was in fact caught on the Bluetooth SIG database and with it some data concerning the internal hardware.

Specifically, thanks to the certificate we discovered that the smartphone will adopt a 6,22-inch diagonal display and HD + resolution, therefore a low resolution display that confirms that we are in the presence of an entry-level.

Also from the site we can then see that the Oppo A12 will equip a MediaTek octa core processor with a maximum frequency of 2,0GHz. This CPU should actually be a MediaTek Helio P35.

From a photography point of view, the smartphone will be equipped with a 13 MP main camera and a 2 MP depth sensor on the back. While in front we should find a 5MP camera for selfies.

Finally, the certificate shows us the presence of a battery with a capacity of 4230mAh, WiFi AC Dual Band 5Ghz and fifth generation Bluetooth connectivity (5.0).

In addition to the Oppo A12, two other Oppo phones with the model names CPH2067 and CPH2069 were listed on the Bluetooth SIG database. The one with the model name CPH2067 in particular should be the Oppo A72, but unfortunately we have very few details about it except that both phones will be compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and that they will run with ColorOS 7.1 based on Android 10.

What do you think of the specifications of the Oppo A12 which at this point could be considered official? Will it be a good entry-level? Let us know in the comments section below!
