Oppo Enco Play will be the new true wireless headphones of the Chinese company that will debut later this month. The category of TWS headphones of the brand is depopulating for several reasons and one of these is not the price. Starting from Enco free to arrive at Enco x, we do not find that the price is cheap and for this reason the giant has opted for a new low cost range called Play. This was revealed a few hours ago, for the first time, by a famous Chinese leaker. Let's go and see all the specifications.
Oppo Enco Play: arriving on April 29th at a truly ridiculous price. There is a lot of focus on the price but the absence of ANC will be felt
Without going around too much, let's take a look at the design of these headphones right away. As usual the casket is sinuous and oval: a point in favor of the Oppo Enco Play compared to other competitor headphones that insist on offering a more angular design. The earphones are mid in-ear type: this means that external noises will not be fully shielded. But we can't expect too much given the price range: at about the exchange rate 45 €.
In terms of functionality and performance we do not find a technology that is too advanced. In particular it is noted the absence of the ANC feature for active noise cancellation. A single headset possesses a battery from 25 mAh and has a duration of approx 4 hours. The box instead, available in various colors, is equipped with a battery from 300 mAh and can provide a total of 16 hours of battery life. In terms of charging, they are only needed 1.5 hours to fully charge the box from 0 to 100%.
In terms of sound quality, Oppo Enco Play are equipped with a 12 mm voice coil, a frequency response of 20Hz-20KHz, Bluetooth 5.2, AAC / SBC Bluetooth codec and has an effective transmission distance of up to 10 meters. Finally, the available colors (as we see in the photo) will be three: glossy black, white and crystal blue.
