In response to a controversy over battery life on the Oppo Find X2 series, OPPO vice president Brian Shen denied the existence of autonomy collapses and said he had no problem using the smartphone 12 hours a day.

While for the battery compartment, the Oppo Find X2 adopts a 4200mAh battery which increases slightly to 4260mAh for the Pro version.
Now, compared to other flagship smartphones with 5G technology, which generally use batteries of at least 4500mAh, the autonomy on board the Find X2 series will inevitably be a bit more worrying. In fact, several Chinese media have given a negative opinion on the size of the battery, suggesting that the autonomy of smartphones is ready to collapse in no time.

Brian Shen then said that the reason why 2K and 120Hz can be activated simultaneously is the presence of the SuperWOC 65W Super-flash recharge. Oppo had in fact stated that the 2.0W SuperVOOC 65 flash charge can recharge the Find X2 Pro from 0 to 100% in just 38 minutes.
As for the autonomy of Find X2 without charging, Brian Shen stressed that if you want to extend the battery life, just activate the smart mode and not play. Weibo, WeChat and email will work normally.
Finally, Oppo's vice president shared a screenshot on using his Find the X2 Pro. In the image we see the device set with 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 5G connectivity and 38% battery after 4 hours and 15 minutes of active screen and 10 hours of use.
