Yesterday was a particularly important day for all Oppo lovers since Oppo Find X3 Pro was shown for the first time. Since these are not official images, we were not sure that the design is just that, but there source is 100% reliable so we have no doubts. Today, however, a "natural" photo of the same device that immortalizes its B side appears. And it is precisely here that we find a particular that we do not like very much.
Oppo Find X3 Pro could adopt covers that increase the thickness by several millimeters: we risk having a brick in our hands
The image comes from a well-known leaker who posted the shot on the Slashleaks platform. There are some clarifications to be made: "Geek_Cao“, A name corresponding to an important Chinese blogger, has never posted a similar image on his Weibo profile. So at first we thought it was a fake. Considering also the amount of fake material coming from that portal, we wouldn't be surprised. However the design of the photographic sector returns with the official renderings.
The design, the number of cameras, the position of the LED flash are back… but we don't like one thing. That is the custody. We do not speak clearly of the anonymous black cover, but of his greatness. As can be seen from the profile of the physical key, the cover it is decidedly thick. This potentially means that the other cases we're going to put on the Oppo Find X3 Pro won't be fine at all. The reason is clear: for protect the photographic module properly this was the only way.
You cannot want a beautiful and elegant smartphone: the spaces are what they are and inserting the photographic modules inside the body is still too difficult, if not impossible. So there were two ways: make a thick smartphone or combine it with an equally large case.
After all the choice of housing, compared to the thickness of the device, it wasn't all that wrong.
