After the debut of the top of the range OPPO FInd X2 Pro, the Chinese company returns to concentrate its efforts in the mid-range market, which has always been the most appreciated and in any case profitable in terms of sales and revenues for each mobile phone manufacturer. The next smartphone on which OPPO is working is the PDAM10 model, recently appeared in the database of TENAA, the Chinese telecommunications agency, whose specifications suggest that I will belong to the mid-range.
The rumors about it suggest that this new phone may belong to the OPPO A series and will have a size of 162 x 75,06 x 8,9 mm thick and a weight of 188 grams, therefore certainly not a compact device Among others specifications emerged from TENAA we know that OPPO's new PDAM10 will have 6,5-inch displays with Full HD + resolution, 2400 x 1080 pixels, which presumably could host a drop notch, leaving the hole solution at the high end of the brand.
OPPO PDAM10 will be the brand's next A-series smartphone. Here are the full specs
A 4880 mAh battery is also included, while for sure we will have a dark green color among the variants of the device, which will be powered by a 2.0 GHz octacore processor, which is assumed to have come from MediaTek, which will be joined up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage expandable via micro SD, all powered by the Android 10 operating system customized with the new ColorOS 7.
The OPPO PDAM10 smartphone will have an 8 megapixel selfie camera while 4 lenses are expected on the rear whose main sensor will have 12 MP resolution, accompanied by a second 8 MP sensor and a pair of 2 MP sensors, dedicated to macro photography and bokeh effect. The fingerprint scanner will be placed in the traditional position, i.e. on the back of the device. At the moment we do not have photos of the PDAM10 model but in the next few days they could leak directly from TENAA.
OPPO therefore is preparing to launch up to 3 smartphones belonging to the A series such as OPPO A92, OPPO A12 and A12e, successors of previous generations and which should not be late to the official launch, given the further previous certifications by the Singapore IMDA authority. Moreover OPPO A12 has been recently spotted on Geekbench, revealing the Helio P35 CPU and 3 GB of RAM supplied, while the OPPO A12e will have a 6,2-inch display, dual rear camera and Snapdragon 450 processor, therefore an entry level but from good reliability given the Qualcomm home processor.
