THE Oppo reno 3 pro presented in China last December, it is a smartphone with really interesting features which, however, is not yet available in a global version outside the Asian country. But the situation could soon change according to the latest rumors arriving from India.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro spotted in India with 64MP and 44MP cameras
The global version of the Reno 3 Pro, or at least the Indian one, would have been spotted in a store in the country. In the images we can see the smartphone dummy with a film on it that shows us some of the main specifications.
These include a primary front sensor with a maximum resolution of 44MP. Let's say primary because there are two in a pill-hole on the screen in the upper left, therefore a different configuration compared to the Chinese Reno 3 Pro which instead adopts only one. The second sensor will have a lower resolution and most likely an ultra wide angle lens. Alternatively, Oppo may have added a depth sensor to create photos with the bokeh effect.
Still on the dummy we can read that the smartphone will adopt a 64MP main camera on the back. With the possibility of a maximum zoom of 20X. However, we do not know if 20x zoom occurs with the primary sensor or another dedicated telephoto sensor with integrated optical zoom.
Turning to the internal specifications instead, the Oppo Reno 3 Pro will be equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. That said, the most important info is still missing, namely the processor that we will find on the device. The Chinese version features a Snapdragon 765G, a chip that integrates a 5G module for next generation connectivity, a technology that we don't believe Oppo is interested in bringing to India. This is due to the lack of 5G infrastructures in the country, and the consequent increase in the final price of the smartphone. So the Indian version could adopt a cheaper chip like the MediaTek Helio P95 or one of the more recent MediaTek CPUs of the Dimensity series.
In addition, the images leaked online confirm that the smartphone will adopt the VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 fast charging technology for a maximum power of 30W.
As for the specifications not yet confirmed but highly probable, we have the screen with a size of 6,5 inches diagonal. The display will be AMOLED type, will have support for the HDR10 + standard and a refresh rate of 90Hz; therefore slightly above the average of 60Hz.
