As we have known for a couple of weeks, the presentation of the new Reno5 series will take place on 4 June. This will include both the basic Oppo Reno4 and the Pro version. Well, today, following some leaks that showed us the smartphone live, official images have also arrived from the JD.com store that allow us to take a further look from close to at least one of the two devices, the Oppo Reno4 Pro.
Oppo Reno4 Pro listed on JD.com, here are the first official photos
So let's start with the Reno4 Pro in the beautiful Crystal Red colorway with a gradient red and “Reno Glow” lettering on the back. Wording that we had already seen previously in some leaks. For the rest, the curved edges on the screen, the single front camera on the top left and the three traffic light cameras on the back seem to be confirmed.
The same goes for the Blue version. Here too we find a gradient blue with white and the slogan "Reno Glow". At the moment we are not sure if the writing is only an aesthetic choice to quickly recognize the device, or if in reality there will be some visual effect when we are in the dark because the word "glow" means "shine" especially in low light conditions .
As for the specifications, we have known them for several days. The Reno4 Pro will arrive with a 6,55-inch AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a single hole with a 32 MP front camera. On the back, we will have a 48MP main camera with optical stabilization, a 13MP telephoto lens and an ultra wide 12MP camera.
On the site where the product was published we also note the presence of two variants of 8/128 GB and 12/256 GB of memory. While the operating system on board will be ColorOS 7 based on Android 10.
Finally, the brand confirmed on the Chinese social network Weibo that the Reno4 series will arrive with a 2.0W SuperVOOC 65 rapid charger for a 5-minute charge that will be enough for 4 hours of use; while a full charge will only take 30 minutes.
