In mid-April, OPPO released a 65-inch smart TV, the OPPO K9x, priced at 2199 yuan, or 320 euros at the exchange rate. Today, however, the Chinese brand announced that it has added a new member to the smart TV family: we welcome the 9-inch OPPO Smart TV K50x.

In addition to the size reduction, the other specifications should be similar to those of the 65-inch version. The TV is expected to feature a 4-inch 50K LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate, 1 billion colors, 70% NTSC color gamut, 280 nit brightness, and delta E≈2.
As for "performance", the smart TV will be equipped with a 4-core MediaTek processor, along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage space, and will support dual-band Wi-Fi. Speakers will be 2 units of 20W rated power, support Dolby sound.
The operating system is ColorOS TV, which supports screencasting from smartphones and tablets, and is also able to support up to four smartphones at the same time.
The price of the new product is expected to be below 1300 yuan, or around 190 euros at the current exchange rate. The TV will officially debut on August 8.
