One of the doubts that have been assailing us in the last period is: vivo will abandon FuntouchOS to make room for the new OriginOS? This is what it looks like from the latest leaks. In fact, the clues in our possession lead to only one path, the one for which the Chinese brand gives poco landed in Italy intends to replace your own custom FuntouchOS interface in favor of a new skin being prepared. This will be called Origin OS and will be presented this month in China. But how will it be? What will be the characteristics of the new interface of the colossus? A few minutes ago the most famous Chinese leaker, Digital Chat Station, decided to share a very interesting shot on Weibo and Twitter. This is an exclusive in his possession that shows in preview a part of the home page of a live smartphone. In particular this device would mount the new interface Origin OS which, as revealed, would replace the FuntouchOS.
As mentioned above, the replacement of the skin will not be global. At least this is what we believe. The FuntouchOS will be, in our opinion, a Chinese prerogative only while in Europe (and Italy) FuntouchOS will remain with all its features. The picture that will be outlined will therefore be a picture of the OnePlus: the China has HydrogenOS while the rest of the world has OxygenOS. Change poco in terms of interface, but there will be some changes in terms of features.
But back to us: what will the OriginOS be like? In the photo above we see a small preview showing the icons on the home page. There seems to be a 3D effect of the same icons, as if they came out of the display. But that's not all: there seems to be the possibility of switch from Origin to FuntouchOS with a simple button (visible in the photo). What to say? It seems absurd to us, but anything can be.
