Qualcomm has partnered with ASUS to create his first smartphone, a terminal that demonstrates everything a processor Snapdragon 888 is able to deliver when accompanied by good specs. The new Qualcomm Snapdragon Insider was presented as a device designed for the Qualcomm Insider community, which will be the first to know when the first units for sale will be available. At its launch, this smartphone was defined as the definitive one for those who want to be at the forefront of performance and innovation and want the fastest 5G connectivity.
In such a peculiar device we could not start other than talking about the processor, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G, which is still curious given the fact that we would expect the latest from the brand, or lo Snapdragon 888 Plus. Where there is nothing to complain about is in the accompaniment, with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage, all supported by a battery da 4.000 mAh with 5W Quick Charge 65 fast charging.
On the outside we find a design in which the front is occupied by a panel Samsung Super AMOLED from 6.78 ″, with an FHD + resolution and a refresh rate that peaks at 144 Hz. We also find here a 24 megapixel front camera.
Although we can consider it a high-end terminal, curiously there is no fingerprint sensor under the screen: we have a physical sensor on the back. On side B we find three objectives in horizontal configuration: one main from 64 megapixel with Sony IMX686 sensor, an ultra wide angle from 12 megapixel with Sony IMX363 sensor and a telephoto lens from 8 megapixel with 3x optical zoom.

The price of the Qualcomm Snapdragon Insiders is not cheap and there it will cost € 1.299 to get it , although it is accompanied by True Wireless headphones from Master & Dinamic. At the moment there is no release date, which will be communicated first to the Insiders.
