Unfortunately, the inconvenience generated by the Coronavirus continues, such as social panic and above all chaos in the world economy. The financial consequences that Covid-19 is bringing to the globe are manifold, from the collapse of the scholarships, to the closure of schools up to the cancellation of technological events and demonstrations, such as the MWC 2020 in Barcelona.
And as happened for the presentation of many Chinese smartphones, which took place online precisely because of the Coronavirus, just a few minutes ago Realme announced the cancellation of the presentation event of the new Realme 6 and 6 Pro, for the same reasons. The event had been scheduled for some time, but the latest and considerable concerns arising from the virus that is spreading in a pandemic way, led the company managers to the excited choice of cancellation.
Realme 6 and 6 Pro: canceled the launch event due to Coronavirus
Nothing dramatic, however, because on the same date when the launch event of Realme 6 and 6 Pro was scheduled, the launch event of the two mid ranges will be streamed live on YouTube. So for the rest of the world everything remains unchanged, always remaining on March 5 the debut date of the new products of the Chinese brand, including the first wearable Realme Band. The company gave the release with an open letter to its fans, through a few lines in which the displeasure for the situation arose.
In light of current reports of #coronavirus impact & related advisory by health officials to maintain social distance as a precautionary measure, I'm calling off our biggest event. Will still give live speech in stadium with you watching #realme6series online events. #HealthFirst

In short, the new candidates to crown the medium range of the market, will not be long in waiting and therefore at 12:30 on March 5th they will see the light, thus anticipating the launch of Redmi Note 9. In reality, what is most worrying is not the fact that the launch dates of the planned devices are postponed but what will be in the stock, considering that many factories in China have closed their doors, causing difficulties in the restocking of goods. I don't know about you but this situation is starting to get really nervous.
