The new Realme 6 and 6 Pro have already lived their moment as protagonists, during the online launch event for the Indian market and in a few days we Europeans will also have the pleasure of getting our hands on these excellent mid ranges, given the release official by the company that announces its presentation event for the European market. But as history teaches us, as happened for the previous generation, the company is also ready to launch the "i" variant, perhaps the "poorest" one in terms of hardware but no less interesting for this.
And so after so much rumor, even Realme 6i begins to take a stand in the world of rumors / leaks, thanks to a result published on the database of the well-known benchmark portal Geekbench. The smartphone in question is called by the RMX2040 model, already spotted on other certification platforms such as the FCC and the Singapore IMDA. On the portal we also note another model, with RMX2063 sage, very similar to that of the Realme 6 Pro (RMX2061), therefore it is assumed that the latter may be a variant dedicated to other markets.
Realme 6i appears on Geekbench: some key features of the new entry level have been revealed
But returning to the protagonist of the article, namely the Realme 6i, the importance dictated by the presence on Geekbench, is given by the fact that we are revealed some technical specifications, such as the presence of the out-of-the-box Android 10 operating system, MediaTek Helio G70 processor and 4 GB of RAM. This allows the little guy to get 345 points in single core and 1293 in multi core. This information is added to what has already been transplanted previously, namely the presence of a display with a drop notch, quad camera on the rear with a 48 MP primary sensor and a large 5000 mAh battery, probably with support for 18W fast charging via USB-C.
Unfortunately, we still have no clue about the Realme 6i launch date, but the presence on Geekbench suggests that the Chinese company could soon set a launch event, of course always online.
