Realme and Kodak could collaborate for a new top-of-the-range smartphone

The historical brands linked to photography have now had to get used to the rise of smartphones, which have become extraordinary over the years in terms of the rendering of images and videos. For this reason, rather than waging a lost war from the start, they often decide to collaborate with the device manufacturers themselves. It is the case of Kodak, which seems willing to start a partnership with Realme, with a view to creating a new top-of-the-range smartphone. Let's find out more details.

Realme and Kodak: an upcoming partnership?

Collaborations of this type had already been established in the past: think of the Huawei-Leica duo, and more recently of Sharp with Leica itself. There is also rumor of a possible Samsung-Olympus pair. In short, this type of partnership now seems well established. And a new possible duo could be Realme-Kodak.

To launch the indiscretion is the tipster Digital Chat Station, known for its reliability, which however has remained quite vague. Here are his statements: "Realme and a veteran camera manufacturer will collaborate, and the next conference on [the smartphone] GT Master Edition will be the occasion for the announcement".

Translated: for now nothing is certain. We'll see in the next few days when Realme could clarify what's really cooking.
