Today, Xu Qi, vice president of realme, announced that the new generation of the realme Q5 series, the smartphone series in the 1000 yuan (140 euros) range, will arrive soon and that flash charging will make a qualitative leap.

Earlier, well-known Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that the realme Q5 series supports 80W wired flash charging, which will make it the fastest charging phone in the Q series.
Not only that, the certification information shows that the realme Q5 series is equipped with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. Again, this will be the first time that the realme Q series uses the flagship chip of the Qualcomm 8 series in the 1000 yuan range.
Recall that Qualcomm's chip is based on TSMC's 7nm process. The CPU contains one A77 super core (3,19 GHz), three large A77 cores (2,42 GHz) and four small A55 cores (1,8 GHz). The other specs are similar to those of the Snapdragon 865 Plus and the 5G baseband also uses the Snapdragon X55 5G, with powerful performance.
