A smartwatch with model name RMA207 would have just been certified by the American FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
The FCC certificate includes a schematic of the Realme Watch S and confirms that the smartwatch will be equipped with a 390mAh battery and will have an IP68 rating. There are also heart rate and SpO2 sensors on the back with charging connectors, but their arrangement is different from what we saw on the Pro model a few days ago.
