A few days ago we announced the release, on December 17th, of a smartphone called XT 730G. The abbreviation clearly refers to processor optimized for Qualcomm gaming, but in reality the name seems not to be that. Based on what we know, confirmed poco ago of the CEO of Realme, the device will only be a special edition of an already existing device. Realme X2 Star Wars Edition is his name and will be presented together with new TWS headphones in a specific week, in India. Although the brand has its foundations in this country, we know that it is closely linked to China, the country in which it is special editions and limited are in great demand.
Realme X2 Star Wars Edition: this is the smartphone arriving on December 17th
As the poster below suggests, the device will initially be available only for India. In fact, it will be distributed by the e-commerce giant Flipkart.
According to what reported by the CEO of Realme Madhav Sheth via Twitter, the device will have four main features:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor: we know this chipset because among the first mid-range processors devoted to gaming. In fact, the G stands for "Gaming". The functionality Snapdragon Elite Gaming leads to a 15% increase in graphics performance compared to the Snapdragon 730. It is also built with a process to 8 nm and therefore definitely poco energy-intensive;
- 30W SuperVOOC charging technology: thanks to this technology wireless advertisement
- front camera from 32 megapixel.
In fact, if we notice well, based on these characteristics, we do not notice differences with the stardard version. If this were really so, there will only be one different screen printing dedicated to Star Wars in the lower rear body as we can see from the cover photo. In the back then we will have, as we know, a photographic sector consisting of 4 sensors: 64 + 8 + 2 + 2 megapixels. The eventual variation for the RAM and the sinternal torage: we expect them to be increased for this special edition.
For Indian users it will be possible to have, with the purchase of the device, a free ticket to watch the new film "Star Wars: Skywalker's rise”Coming out on the 17th of this month. At the moment there are no further details about the smartphone and therefore we do not know if it will integrate new features different from the standard version. It is clear that with this strategy marketing Realme will receive further consents and within poco time will grow more than it has already done. Let's not forget that, thanks to the support of Oppo, is the brand that has seen more growth than any other mobile phone brand.
