As we already know, the Realme X3 SuperZoom will be officially presented on May 26th. It will be a high-end device, although it will not equip Qualcomm's latest chip. We will also find photographic hardware that will make it an excellent alternative to many flagships.
Realme X3 SuperZoom: Confirmed processor and display refresh rate
Well, today the Chinese brand has officially confirmed two of the specifications that we have long suspected. These concern the chipset and the screen.
Let's start from the chipset, which as we can see in the official teaser above will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus. It is a top-of-the-range CPU of 2019. The score obtained on the famous AnTuTu benchmark platform is over 517 thousand, therefore very close to today's flagships that get about 600 thousand points.
As for the display instead, we now have official confirmation of the presence of a panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Clearly it is a very high update rate that doubles that of many smartphones on the market at 60Hz.
The brand has also released a small teaser video that we insert above. This teaser seems to confirm the presence of a periscope lens camera. We speak in particular of the first of the four with the square and golden outline
Among the other specifications we should then find a 4200mAh battery, with support for fast charging at a maximum power of 30W thanks to the VOOC technology of the parent company Oppo.
What can I say, the Realme X3 SuperZoom seems to become a cheaper (hopefully) more interesting alternative.
