There are just a few days left until the official announcement of the next generation top-of-the-range processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 875. We know that during the Qualcomm Tech Summit the US company will reveal the SoC that will be integrated into the flagship next year. These include OnePlus 9, Xiaomi Mi 11 and many other models that will aim for the top of the charts. In addition to the top-of-the-range processor, however, there will also be a new mid-range king, that is Snapdragon 775, heir to 765G who is enjoying it so much. All nice, but what do we know about them?
Digital Chat Station announces the very high scores of the next Snapdragon 875 and Snapdragon 775G: can we still talk about top and medium range?
This is a legitimate question, as the mid-range of the future will reach scores that only high-end SoCs can now have. But having said that, what does it tell us Digital Chat Station? The well-known Chinese leaker, the most highly rated on the market, states that these two processors, in the first prototype that mounts them, they achieved very high scores. Much taller than their predecessors 865 and 765G. Let's go and see how much.
The current prototype that mounts the Snapdragon 875 achieved a score of over 740.000 points, surpassing its predecessor by approximately 140.000.
The other instead, or the 775G, achieved a score of over 53.000 points, 19.000 points higher than the current mid-range king 765.
In short, it seems that Qualcomm has pushed a lot on these two SoC models that will be integrated into the best devices of 2021. In addition to these data, we unfortunately do not know. However, we can make some assumptions about the mid-range chipset: it will probably be Redmi Note 10 to integrate it first, or perhaps a new OnePlus mid-range.
