It was beginning of the year when Mobvoi's TicWatch GTH was launched in China. It is a unique smartwatch of its kind if we consider only those of the brand. Indeed it really is the only one with a square-shaped case. All the others are equipped with a circular dial that has always been appreciated anyway. However this interesting watch looks like it is coming in too global version, therefore in the West. To announce it is none other than the company itself on its official website. But what awaits us? Mobvoi's TicWatch GTH is coming for us too: square dial and super reliable body temperature measurement
Let's start with the design: as mentioned TicWatch GTH it comes with a square and not a round case. This is equipped with a large 1.55 ″ color screen, with an ultra-high resolution from 360 320 pixels x and a good 310 ppi. The glass is covered with a 2.5D curved surface and also comes with an anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint coating. As for the strap, this is in hypoallergenic TPU plastic with the possibility of release: this allows interchangeability according to our preferences.
Now let's move on to the features. Like all sports smartwatches, the TicWatch GTH also adopts the automatic monitoring 24/24 continuous health data. There is no lack of heartbeat control and blood oxygenation. One of the really nice features that we don't always find on a smartwatch is the possibility of measure the temperature corporeal.
Specifically, the smartwatch has a sensor of high precision digital temperature +/- 0,1 ℃, which continuously monitors the temperature of the body 24 hours a day. The device automatically completes the temperature measurement every 10 minutes, reports on the change in body temperature and sends a timely warning when it is too high.
