The gaming division of Vivo iQOO recently launched the iQOO Z1 with 5G support and a Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The phone has been on sale in China for a couple of days, but apparently it won't be the only one.
I live iQOO Z1X coming soon, a Chinese leakster reveals it
According to a famous leakster on the social Weibo (the Chinese Twitter), a new smartphone called the iQOO Z1X would be arriving.
This hypothetical gaming phone would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor and should be slightly cheaper.
The post on Weibo was later deleted, but the author of the post, such Digital Chat Station, has already provided many other leaks in the past which in most cases have proved to be true.
So, as previously mentioned, if the Vivo brand is at work on the iQOO Z1X for a launch in June, the smartphone should arrive at a lower price than the iQOO Z1. Mainly because there are too many Snapdragon 765G based phones on the Chinese market at the moment and the iQOO brand has always been able to lower prices compared to the competition.
Furthermore, as the benchmarks on the AnTuTu platform show, Qualcomm's chipset is lower than MediaTek's Dimensity 1000, with a difference from 15% to 20% in the total score also with the operating system. As we have seen in the case of Oppo Reno3 5G and Oppo Reno3 Pro 5G.
