The new Vivo S9 announced a couple of weeks ago has just officially gone on sale in China today. The smartphone is priced at 2999 yuan (380 €) for the version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.

For those who missed it, the Vivo is the world's first smartphone with the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 1100 processor. This chip uses TSMC's 6nm manufacturing process, so one of the smallest, has 4 78 A2,6 cores. GHz, 4 A55 2,0GHz cores, with one ARM G77 MC9 GPU, and supports dual-channel UFS 3.1 memory.
With this processor, the smartphone scored over 600 points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform.
In addition, the Vivo S9 also stands out for selfies thanks to the two LED flashes positioned on the upper frame of the smartphone. These two flashes go hand in hand with the two 44MP front cameras and the 8MP ultra-wide angle one. On the back we find instead three cameras from 64MP (with OIS), 8MP and 2MP.
The high-quality photos can then be admired on the 6,44-inch display with Full HD + resolution, AMOLED type and with 90Hz refresh rate.
Finally, the smartphone integrates a 4000mAh battery and is only 7,39 grams thick.
