Despite the small headaches that ZTE is experiencing in American territory, this does not prevent it from experimenting with the launch of new products and this time the company tries it with a smartwatch, one of the low-cost ones without particular sacrifices.
The challenge of the Asian brand comes with its ZTE Watch Live, a wearable that could conquer the entry level range of the market, even if this is not one of the sectors that the OEM mainly aims at. In any case, we are in the presence of a smart product with interesting technical specifications, starting with a rectangular dial that integrates a 1,3-inch TFT color touch display with a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels. There is also the possibility to customize the outfit of the watch with a series of watchfaces made available by the system. Another pleasant surprise is the autonomy, promised by the company with values from 14 to 21 days with a single charge, which takes place by means of the classic magnetic coupling with a pogo pin cable.

Nothing exciting so far, but ZTE Watch Live has a heartbeat sensor on its side that can monitor our activity for 24H as well as make use of a dedicated sensor for SpO2 blood oxygenation. The sleep tracking function and 12 sports modes including swimming, enjoying the IP68 certification watch against liquids and dust, but also walking, running, cycling, skiing and more complete the picture relating to health monitoring. .
With a thickness of only 10,8 mm and a weight of 35,7 grams, ZTE Watch Live will be a pleasure to wear on the wrist. Sales will start in China from 3 December with a price of 29 euros at the exchange rate, but we will hardly see this little guy in our market, at least not officially.
